Enabling Web To Lead form access from within customers account

Hi Guys,

Is it possible to enable Web-2-lead forms from within a customer account?

We use web-2-lead for customers (traders) to sign-up to different events that we hold and sometimes they do request if it's possible to do it within the account itself.

Our customers are traders. They trade and different events around the country.

Each time we host an event they go to that particular website and fill in the trader form.

Some traders had requested it if was possible to have each trader form accessible from within the account.

However, a PayPal Subscription Module is severely lacking and wanted by most people and Stripe is Uter Sh!t and takes forever for payments to come out (due to it being American system that seems to ignore other country protocol)
