we are just checking perfex as a tool for us and wonder how is perfex working with the customer communication.

we use to work with suiteCRM. there you do have a company account an each company has stuff members with which you can communicate via E-Mail. all activities with customer are stored in the individual person account so that you see a history and the team is always updated about the customer requests.

Does perfex has a similar feature? manual doesn't help.
and customer history even as email conversations are indisputable.

    History is one part.
    But I don't understand how to send a customer a mail? And afterwords have a history of mail conversation.

    Usually it is core function of a crm and can't find it in perfect.

      seabusch Currently, it's not available in CRM, but we are working on this. 2 section we are adding 1 is leads and 2nd is customer

      You can send and receive email from software itself, don't need to open Gmail
