Media inaccessible

Hello to all,

I have deployed Perfex crm on my host. I have a problem that I did not have before. When I go to media, I have the following error: Invalid backend response.
Error occurred on the server side.
HTTP error 500

When I install Perfex, I have no problem with rights, all modules are activated. The media folder has the right 775 at the moment.

Do you have an idea?

Sorry I didn't understand your message. No I can't upload an image. I tried to make a template in my contracts, and I could not add an image.

I use Infomaniak. I have looked at the interface and I don't see anything that could be a problem. At the time I was using Perfex Crm at OVH and it worked very well.

I have the impression that I only have this error. No legal issues elsewhere. If I go to a customer record, I can upload a file or create a contract for them. For the moment, I only have the media folder that is causing me problems.
