we are just checking perfex as a tool for us and wonder how is perfex working with the customer communication.
we use to work with suiteCRM. there you do have a company account an each company has stuff members with which you can communicate via E-Mail. all activities with customer are stored in the individual person account so that you see a history and the team is always updated about the customer requests.
Does perfex has a similar feature? manual doesn't help.
and customer history even as email conversations are indisputable.
