Discounts not working in Proposal

Trying to send a time critical proposal to a client and wanting to add a set discount. When I click save the discount does not apply. Quite infuriating. The adjustment box works, can manually key in a negative adjustment, but obviously want the discount field instead so the customer can see the value.

How soon can we fix this issue Perfex team?

Also note: in invoices, estimates I can select the starting number, but in proposals its going out as 000001. Not a great look moving to this system with 15 years under our belt and our first proposal under Perfex tells the client its the first one. Surely we can update the starting number, perhaps align it with our previous system? Why is that setting not in Settings > Finance > Proposals? I can only update the Prefix.

Seriously having second thoughts about this CRM with such minor details and features not working.
