robbiereyes After signing in Perfex redirects me to a "419 Page Expired!" domain.com//authentication/login I've already cleared cache, cookies etc but issue persists. My clients face the same issue, when trying to approve proposals etc.

perfexguy it can be a module causing this. "419 Page Expired!" means somewhere a csrf token is missing
