How are folks handling a scenario where you provide the same services but each customer has a different rate?
Right now I'm thinking the best way may be to set a service as Project but keep it ongoing, add tasks to that, and set the rate at the project level. The project could be labeled with the client's name, or tier of service.
Anyone have any better ways of managing this? This is hourly services, billed daily onto monthly invoices.
