How handle sales agent?

Hello,

I’m building sales agent profile but i’m bit confuse how handle on perfex.
We sell license software. Agent take 15% of commission the first years, 8% of first renew, 3% of second review.

This commission is splitting in 12 months.

I need a monthly report how much I need to pay for each sales agent, if possible send an email automatically.

Of corsue handle renew uses cases..

Any suggestions?

I check sales commission module and hr payroll of green tech. But i dont understand if has all my features and assistance sucks!
