Very new to Perfex, so bear with me!
ORDERING TASKS
There doesn't seem to be any way to order tasks other than the priority level? If I have 10 priority tasks and the person working on them can only finish 5 tasks that day, how do they know which ones are the most important? In our current (custom) CRM, we can drag and drop task order.
ARCHIVING
While I can complete a task, how do I archive them so that we all know the task is not only complete but also no longer being worked on and has been invoiced? (Note that we are not using the sales integration)
