Ordering and Archiving Tasks

Very new to Perfex, so bear with me!

ORDERING TASKS
There doesn't seem to be any way to order tasks other than the priority level? If I have 10 priority tasks and the person working on them can only finish 5 tasks that day, how do they know which ones are the most important? In our current (custom) CRM, we can drag and drop task order.

ARCHIVING
While I can complete a task, how do I archive them so that we all know the task is not only complete but also no longer being worked on and has been invoiced? (Note that we are not using the sales integration)

snapshot I'm talking about order the list of tasks, (which may relate to different projects, not checklists) and then archiving them.

Looks like the default sort on tasks is my due date. So you can probably just change the due dates to sort the tasks. Wish they did have a way to drag them and reorder them. As for archiving, another good feature they should implement. I setup a filter at the top right to only show non-finished/cancelled projects and set it to save and as default, but that only is per user.
