Current State: The admin cannot add optional items to the proposal or estimate in the CRM system. These are important to give the customer the option to add additional services.
Desired State: It should be possible to add optional items to the proposal or estimate. These items should not appear in the final total of the proposal or estimate unless the customer activates the item (checkbox) in the online proposal or estimate view. When activated, the total amount should increase by the respective amount. The respective PDF must also be regenerated.
The email notification needs to be changed accordingly. The customer must be informed that they can accept the optional items online.
