This is my first post and thank you in advance for your time and attention;
I'm trying to figure out how to create groups for the Staff people - for example, office1 includes Person A, person B, and person C; office2 includes Person A, Person D, and Person E - is this possible? I saw the "department" but it only works for the knowledge base; of course, there are the roles, but the groups would be something different - as the persons also have a role;
